Situated in the Minervois region of France's Languedoc, Château Sainte Eulalie occupies a picturesque location midway between Narbonne and the medieval town of Carcassonne. From the estate, one can admire the snow-capped peaks of the Pyrenees on the distant horizon, while the vibrant city of Narbonne and the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean beckon just 45 minutes to the south.

Spread across 34 hectares of terraces perched 200 meters above the town of La Liviniere, the estate enjoys a prime position in what has long been regarded as the finest section of Minervois. La Liviniere has garnered official recognition as a "Cru de Languedoc," earning its own prestigious appellation.

The soil, characterized by its stony composition of clay and limestone, provides the perfect foundation for a diverse array of grape varietals including Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, and Cinsault. With an average age of 25 years, the vineyards boast mature vines, including century-old Carignan and 70-year-old Grenache. Embracing organic viticulture practices, the domaine is proudly certified sustainable, reflecting a commitment to environmental stewardship and the production of exceptional wines rooted in their terroir.
